Lisa Broussard is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Therapist with community roots and experience. Her background spans supporting families, partnering with healthcare providers, and working alongside community organizations, giving her a unique perspective on the challenges people face. Lisa approaches each client with empathy and respect, offering guidance through trauma, family struggles, and life transitions. Her mission is simple: to provide a safe, supportive space where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to build the life they deserve.
Lisa earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Coe College and her Master of Social Work degree from Eastern Washington University. Before becoming a full-time therapist, she worked in healthcare, government, schools, youth programs, and community organizations—experiences that shaped her collaborative, client-centered approach.
In her practice, Lisa specializes in EMDR for trauma recovery, TF-CBT, anxiety and depression management, family and relationship counseling, and life transitions. Her diverse background allows her to meet clients where they are, blending clinical expertise with genuine community connection to provide meaningful, effective care.
